Our client, a major EPCM within the mining industry, is looking for a Procurement Advisor to work on a 12-months contract inPerth, WA

Their role involves finding key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and streamlining the procurement process.

Main Responsibilities: Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations. Evaluating products and suppliers based on key business criteria. Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions. Issuing purchase orders and agreements. Monitoring supplier performance, resolving issues, and ensuring quality standards. Analyzing industry trends and supporting senior management in sourcing strategies. Preparing EOI documentation during DES Preparing budget quotation documentation Maintain the DES budget quotation register. Preparing and issuing tender documentation Maintain Service/Purchase Order registers for Site purchasing purposes. Main requirements: Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role. Good knowledge of purchasing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software. A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
