About the Role Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for an entry level Administrator to join in our Perth head office. This role will be maintaining the company Supply Chain onboarding Platform - Felix, and supporting the Procurement team with day-to-day duties. This role entails a broad spectrum of administrative responsibilities, supporting multiple departments and site teams.
Manage and maintain all aspects of the Felix Supply Chain Platform.Assist with sourcing Vendors for sites and products.Liaising directly with site teams and external vendors for Projects.Support the Procurement Manager and Procurement Officer with low value Purchase Orders.General administration duties and ad hoc tasks allocated by the management teams.Develop understanding and working knowledge of other platforms within Procurement such as Power BI, Viewpoint for Projects and HFF Platform.About You The successful candidate will have:
Some admin experience or open to learn and grow in the role.Experience with MS Word and Excel will be a plus.Strong organisational skills and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.How to Apply To apply for this opportunity, please submit your application, including detailed CV and covering letter, via the Apply button.
