Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a full-time permanent basis.THE ROLEAs a Procurement Administrator you will be responsible for:New Vendor onboarding and database maintenanceAttending to goods receipting of invoices against purchase orders using ProntoResponding to Vendor invoice queries and other financial questions as requiredProcessing and issuing of requisitions and purchase ordersAttending to E-Procurement and other purchasesActioning Requests for Quotation (RFQ) enquiriesSupporting other procurement activities as requiredABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Previous experience in Procurement, Finance or Accounts PayableAbility to process high volume administration tasksUnderstanding of the general "Procure to Pay" processExperience using Pronto system is highly desirableAbility to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge and experience in using Microsoft Outlook as a workflow toolAbility to work with a large team of people across multiple departmentsIN RETURNYou will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
