Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement team. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a full-time permanent basis.
THE ROLE As a Procurement Administrator you will be responsible for:
New Vendor onboarding and database maintenance Attending to goods receipting of invoices against purchase orders using Pronto Responding to Vendor invoice queries and other financial questions as required Processing and issuing of requisitions and purchase orders Attending to E-Procurement and other purchases Actioning Requests for Quotation (RFQ) enquiries Supporting other procurement activities as required ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience in Procurement, Finance or Accounts Payable Ability to process high volume administration tasks Understanding of the general "Procure to Pay" process Experience using Pronto system is highly desirable Ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Outlook as a workflow tool Ability to work with a large team of people across multiple departments IN RETURN You will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
