The Opportunity Reporting to the Procurement Manager within the Commercial function, the Procurement Administrator will have a diverse range of responsibilities and be crucial to the operations of the Commercial Team.

The Procurement Administrator will participate in business and process improvement activities and have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of regional and international teams and championing procurement at the highest level.
This role has exposure to a varied range of administrative tasks and requires someone who can manage many tasks with competing priorities, has excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
The Procurement Administrator will at times be required to work under minimal supervision or take direction from multiple stakeholders.
The Procurement Administrator will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the intricacies of commercial transactions and contribute to the overall efficiency of KBR's business activities.
Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
Procurement: Manage SharePoint filing for procurement, sourcing and commercial documentation Supplier engagement including but not limited to pre-qualification and onboarding activities Management of Supplier register ensuring up to date compliance documentation and renewals as required Carry out procurement activities, in-line with company processes, from enquiry to award stages for both goods and services Proactively promote DTS Procurement processes, policies and procedures and actively engage with internal stakeholders to ensure process compliance Review terms and conditions for low risk, low value procurement activities and coordinate legal review where required Advise on and coordinate completion of internal compliance documentation as required for different types of procurement activities including Sole Source Justifications and CAPEX Support the Procurement Manager to analyse spend and prepare annual procurement plans Support the Chennai Transactional Hub to coordinate responses or additional information required by DTS stakeholders Assist internal stakeholders with general procurement, commercial and sourcing queries Work with the broader Commercial Team and provide administrative support where required Qualifications, Skills and Experience Essential: Procurement qualification, either gained or working toward 2+ years' experience in contract administration or procurement administration Experienced user of MS Office products, particularly Excel, SharePoint and Word Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to exercise discretion and protect confidentiality whilst maintaining an approachable attitude Demonstrated excellent internal and external stakeholder management Eligible to hold and maintain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law or Supply Chain, or MCIPS Familiarity with Defence and Government finance and contracting policy and practices Experience with SAP Knowledge of export controls and the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) If you're ready to shape tomorrow, let's get started.
