Procurement Administrator

We are currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join the Team at Clough Wood on a Part-Time basis (30 hours per week, Mon - Fri).
This role may be primarily based from home (Darwin) with occasional travel to the Darwin Supply Base.Reporting to the Commercial Lead, your responsibilities will include:Focal Point for all requested materials and services to the project, by:Providing a supply chain assessment of submitted Cost Time Resource requests (CTRs) prior to submission for approval.Liaising with PPE Suppliers, ensuring pricing is accurate.Supplying PPE to all new starters and offshore facilities, maintaining PPE Stock Registers and facilitating the completion of monthly PPE stocktakes.Processing Purchase Orders for materials and services for issue to suppliers.Preparing Service Orders and progressing through to approval for issue to Subcontractors.Monitoring open commitments in Oracle to confirm currency of Purchase Orders, and closeout if completed.Maintenance of the Equipment Register, which includes equipment on hire and scaffold orders and returns.Validating monthly scaffold progress claims from Supplier prior to approving invoice submission.Document Control focal point:Maintain the Clough Wood EDMS (Electronic Document Management System).Issue controlled documents through the Transmittal process to Client, Vendors and Subcontractors.Provide support to the Commercial Lead as required.Key skills & experience we are looking for from you:Previous experience in Oil and Gas Procurement/Project administration.Knowledge of equipment tracking systems (desirable).Knowledge of Oracle (highly regarded).Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (desirable).Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.Proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Attention to detail and demonstrated initiative.Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.Ability to provide 'hands on' support as required.What's on Offer:Reputable company with global parent partnering.How to apply:If you'd like to join our team, please click Apply Now, or apply via our Clough Wood careers page.Short listing for this position will commence immediately.As an employer who embraces equal opportunity and promotes diversity, Clough Wood encourages individuals of all ages and backgrounds to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
