Procurement Administrator About the role As Procurement Administrator, you will report to the Procurement Manager and support procurement activities across Wagners. There will be a strong focus on collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our procurement outcomes.
Based at our Wacol or Toowoomba Office, this position is offered on a full-time basis.
Main Responsibilities Maintain data in the procurement system including catalogues, items and contracts Support supplier information (SIM) data and activity Assist with preparation of Tender and RFx documentation Assist with and raise awareness on goods receipting practices Assist with sourcing events Identify and track project risks and issues as they arise Build and distribute procurement reports Create and maintain documentation to support process and procedures and training About You To be successful in this role you need to:
Minimum 2 years procurement or relevant administrative experience Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and data analysis Demonstrated experience using an enterprise resource program (e.g. Coupa) Proficient in using MS Office Relevant qualification (desirable) Why Wagners?
