About the Opportunity Our Tamar Valley site is ready to grow our Night shift team.
We are looking for enthusiastic Process Workers to join our Tamar Valley site to learn the art of Yoghurt processing, to start in the new year.
At Tamar – attitude is everything, so to say it's important to us that you operate in a safe and positive manner and contribute to the all-round site's success would be an understatement!
Some key responsibilities for this role: Covering a 10pm to 6am shift Monday to Sunday Batching up yoghurt bases Operating key equipment – pasteurizer, separator, cooler Working the packing machine line Mixing up fruit for production Undertaking scheduled CIP's Palletising and packing of lines, Data entry of production records into SAP Undertaking product quality checks (taste testing) You will demonstrate a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.
The successful applicant will possess effective communication skills and a demonstrated understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.
Sound numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
You must be self motivated and be able to work as part of an effective team.
You must be able to work shift work and FMCG experience is preferred.
