8 hour shifts, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 7 off Hourly rate and shift allowances applied The Role Our Lenah Valley site in Hobart manufactures a range of more than 50 milk, milk-based and cream products, with all products made from fresh milk sourced directly from Tasmanian dairy farms.
The site currently produces around 33 million litres of product every year, operating 6 days a week and employing around 50 people.
Candidates are required to be available 3 days per week, Monday to Saturday, 8 hours a day from 11AM - 7PM.
Responsibilities Perform basic machine monitoring and troubleshooting.
Inspecting finished goods to ensure quality standards are met Recording/ Reporting of production data – including completing downtime sheets Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures About you Experience in a FMCG environment Really good multi-tasking skills – solid ability to manage and keep an eye on multiple things at one time Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Self-starter and proactive nature Strong problem-Solving Skills Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
