Process Worker - Day, Afternoon & Night Shift

Brightscope HR is looking for Process Workers interested in working the Day, Afternoon or Night shift on a permanent basis in Dandenong South!
About the role: Multiple positions availableLong-term stable permanent positionDay shift = Start 6am / Finish 2pmAfternoon shift = Start 2pm / Finish 10pmNight shift = Start 10pm / Finish 6amImmediate startOn-site car parkFull training providedGreat culture Duties include but not limited: Operating and managing production machinery within the manufacturing plant (specifically: Industrial synthetic tufting machines.Watching for any faults/errors in the production process and fixing them accordingly (e.g. correcting pulls in woven materials, adjusting thread tension, manually mending missed sections w/ hand tools etc.).Performing routine quality assessment checks on product.Maintaining a clean and safe workplaceUpholding company SOP's and OH&S practices To be considered for this role: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.Must have good attitude and desire to learn.Ability to collaborate & work as a team.High attention to detail.Capable of completing the physical demands of the role: Instances of prolonged standing, bending, lifting (between 1kg to 10kgs), kneeling, & good hand/eye coordination.Must have your own car and valid licence.Available to start immediately.
