Purposeful work with genuinely good people. That's refreshing. This role you will be responsible for leading, identifying and driving consistency in development and application of processes and systems across Distribution Line of Business (LOB). This is initially a 12 month FTC.
With a Hybrid split (Office/WFH), this role is based between Malvern and Southbank, is part of the Contracts & Controls, Works Management – Distribution team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Collect and manage a backlog of Distribution LOB improvement initiatives for efficient prioritisation. Develop and prioritise an annual roadmap for delivering Distribution LOB process and systems initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies that optimise processes and systems for Distribution LOB. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Distribution LOB processes and systems for operational efficiency. Implement industry best practices for Distribution LOB processes and systems. Map current and to-be processes in EPC. Implement processes and systems to enhance the analytics and reporting functions within Distribution LOB. Oversee initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with group and strategic objectives. Investigate and implement enhanced functionality with providers, adapting internal processes accordingly. Become a SME in various digital tools including but not limited to SAP, FACT, PMO365, ECM and SharePoint. Embrace digital innovations to grow our network and support the energy transition. You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Tertiary education in Project Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field is highly valued. Experience in project delivery environment. Hands-on experience in SAP is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management practices, project governance and financial functions. Proficient in digital and computer technologies to enhance project and engineering support. Excellent analytical skills, along with a proven ability to identify and implement system and process improvements. Strong complex problem-solving skills to address and resolve business challenges effectively. Practical experience in process documentation and mapping using BPMN techniques. Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate insights into actionable initiatives. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated management of several initiatives simultaneously from conception to implementation and realisation of program objectives. A real place to belong.
