About Us Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The Company produces 110koz of gold annually from two operations – the Plutonic Gold Mine in WA & the Henty Gold Mine in Australia. It also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project in Bendigo.
The Company plans to bring four new mining areas at Plutonic into production over the next 12 to 18 months, growing Group production to 200koz of gold.

The Role Reporting directly to the Process Foreman/Superintendent, the Process Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of all sections within the processing plant. These include Crushing, Grinding, Flotation, Leaching, Elution, Roasting, and the Paste Plant. The role involves ensuring that all processes operate within specified parameters to optimize gold production and recovery. Additionally, the Process Supervisor will perform basic maintenance of operational equipment within the Processing Department.
You'll be working a 7 & 7 roster within a great team environment alongside surface maintenance and geology. You will work with all functions of the site including underground, processing and teams in matters relating to underground geological activities, and you will be responsible for championing geological mapping and sampling of all development to allow evaluation of the ore bodies.
Responsibilities Communicate clearly and deliver daily instructions to process technicians;Communicate with maintenance to discuss any planned maintenance or other problems identified in the plant;Working closely with the maintenance team in the monitoring and planning of maintenance activities; and Promptly report any operational variances from nominated set points to the Process Foreman/Superintendent.Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.Ensure operational checks are completed and noted defects are actioned or escalated to the Process Foreman.Day to day operation of the Process Plant team; consisting of 3 stage crushing, milling, gravity, CIL, thickening, elution circuit and gold room. Ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with approved systems and processes.Weekly clean-up of specified area determined by the Process supervisor according to the clean-up roster.Essential Requirements Experience in a similar roleCurrent "C" Class Western Australian Driver's License.Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Office.Experience in gold processing plant operation Good communication skills, written and verbal.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamThis is your opportunity to be a part of a dynamic mining company, where you can utilise your skills and experience in making an impact in the future growth of the organisation.
