Process Supervisor

Role Details:Reporting to the Coordinator: Processing, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operation of the Processing Crew on a shift-to-shift basis to achieve budgeted production, meeting all quality standards including cost, safety and environment.As an employee at Gold Fields, we expect all levels of employees to act in a manner that seeks to align and enhance the values, safety culture, and performance of Gold Fields with the purpose of creating enduring value beyond mining.This role is offered on an 8 days on 6 days off, 7 nights on 7 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth.Benefits include:6% Site Allowance Private Health Insurance Allowance Quarterly Bonus Scheme Increased annual leave entitlements Employee Assistance Program About the role:Provide effective and strong leadership for the development of the crew; Monitor progress of assigned tasks and address any issues; Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities and formulate alternatives to systems and methods; Assist the Coordinators with implementation of change management initiatives and other projects; Daily Maintenance workflow supervision of the crew; Liaise with Metallurgists regarding operating parameters and technical issues in relation to plant operation and communicate to relevant operators; Ensure your crews have clearly defined accountabilities, roles, and development plans; Assist with planning of maintenance, budgets, plans and projects.
