This role involves supervising a team of process operators during a designated shift, managing workflow, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process.Your primary role will include, though not limited to, the following:Lead and supervise a team of process operators during assigned shifts, providing guidance and coaching.Monitor and control the production process to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Enforce quality control measures.Maintain accurate records of production activities, inspections, equipment logs, and incident reports.Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure production targets are met.Must Haves:3+ years professional experience as a Process Supervisor.2+ years experience in a processing plant.Ability to satisfactorily meet requirements of Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen.Desire to work at an 18-10 or 5-2 roster options.Nice to Haves:Drug and Alcohol Tester Certification.C class drivers license.High risk work license.Previous experience working on a remote work location in a regional/rural area preferred.If you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
