Process Specialist (IT Service Continuity) Consultants (Information & Communication Technology) As the IT Service Continuity Specialist , you will play a critical role in ensuring the resilience and continuity of services provided within a major Federal Government department - alongside our wider national team providing Enterprise Service Management and comprehensive SIAM governance of practices across the complex environment. Embedded in the customer environment and within the customer's wider Continuity team, you will provide key input to designing, consulting and leading Testing, Disaster Recovery & IT Service Continuity across the eco-system and evaluating services primarily focused on customer outcomes. Collaborating directly with stakeholders to strengthen end-to-end service and business continuity, you are looked to build & run; reporting (Service Now), mitigation improvements, ensuring coverage on primary applications & database servers and to identify improvement opportunities in plans and processes. This is a Permanent, Full-time role based on site in Docklands, Melbourne or on site in Canberra's CBD. We are happy to offer role split flexibility to work from home some days of the week. You'll need some of the following: Ability to OBTAIN or currently HOLD a minimum Australian Government Security Clearance Experience in managing and leading IT Service Continuity activities in an enterprise IT Service Management environment. Skilled capability in Disaster Recovery, Testing, Reporting, and underpinning processes to help lead the customer's IT Service Continuity practice. Leveraging from your knowledge in best practices, be confident working with senior stakeholders to conduct presentations and help upskill junior staff. High level interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to influence and engage through an enterprise organisation and external providers. Hold knowledge and understanding of ITIL or SIAM services will be highly desirable. Ability to run and coordinate Disaster Recovery testing including assisting with shift patterns and rostering when required.
