About the role Join our team as a Process Quality Supervisor in Brisbane, where you'll lead root cause analysis, manage customer complaint investigations, ensure GMP compliance through audits, and oversee equipment calibration and allergen testing.
Strong analytical skills and GFSI / GMP knowledge required; SAP experience is a plus.
Work Location : Murarrie - Brisbane
Reporting to : Quality Control Manager
Key responsibilities Investigation of customer complaints and completion of response to customer.Internal investigation of non-conformances and subsequent close out.Lead Root Cause Analysis and implementation of corrective actions.Participation in traceability activities.Complete Glass and Brittle Plastics audits as per schedule.Complete GMP audits as per schedule and follow up on actions.Calibration of equipment such as thermometers, scales, and other analytical instruments.Allergen and ATP swabbing activities.Review of analytical data, ensuring all documents have been completed correctly.Trend analysis of results to ensure consistent process control.Ensuring all computer tasks are completed in time.Generating reports as required.Any other tasks as requested by quality manager.Qualifications and skills BSc.
Degree in Food Science / Technology or related discipline.Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a factory environment.Methodical, organised, energetic, and a hands-on approach.Effective communication skills.2 Years of working experience in the food industry.Understanding of product certification programs such as Kosher and Halal.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.Knowledge of GFSI and GMP systems.SAP knowledge is desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
