Job DescriptionBecome the future of Norske Skog – Boyer We are looking for Process Operators - Paper Makers to join our Mill Department on a two-year fixed term shift-work contract.
At Boyer, we are committed to your success and growth.
In this role you will be trained directly into one of our papermaking positions on the machine and have an immediate impact on the production at Our Mill.
You will have experience in production, manufacturing or heavy industry, or a formal trade qualification.
You will be a quick learner with a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and ability to work as part of a diverse team.
The position works on a shift roster of 2 nights, 2 days, 4 off, working public holidays and weekends as well as two large blocks of leave across the year (almost two months).
You will learn the intricate art of making paper as the only Paper Producer left in Australia with a range of different products shipped domestically and across the globe.
