Business / Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
We are looking for an experienced Process Mapping Manager / BA to lead a team responsible for mapping critical processes and procedures across the organisation.
This role involves identifying, documenting, and optimising business processes, collaborating with stakeholders across the business, and driving efficient and effective process mapping and improvements.
If you have proven people management skills, deep expertise in process mapping, and a solid understanding of the banking / insurance industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of process mappers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Process Mapping: Establish and maintain a consistent, efficient approach to mapping, storing, and updating business processes. Process Optimisation: Identify and address inefficiencies or bottlenecks. Propose process improvements aligned with business goals. Obligations and Controls: Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to document obligations and corresponding controls within processes. Stakeholder Management: Engage with Executives, Managers, and SMEs to gather input, provide updates, and drive discussions on process improvements. Project Management: Develop and manage a project timeline, prioritising process mapping milestones and resource allocation. Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 7-10 years in process mapping, process improvement, or business analysis. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of BIC (or strong experience with Visio or Lucid Charts). Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, building capabilities, and achieving shared outcomes. Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines in a dynamic environment, and quickly learn new systems. Risk Management Knowledge: Understanding of operational risk management and experience working within a 3 LoD model. Education (Preferred): Bachelor's degree in a business, commerce, or technology field. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Banking / Insurance industry. Why Join them?
