Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring, analysing and evaluating operational efficiencies Developing and implementing changes in order to minimise risk, and improve quality and productivity Facilitate and foster a culture of continuous improvement, across multiple sites Support CAPEX projects as a start-up lead and embedding Project Management methodology Lead critical operational improvement initiatives About You:
You will have a proven ability in applying problem-solving tools/methodologies, as well as developing, monitoring and maintaining process control standards Advanced technical skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a large organisation Experience in delivering continuous improvement initiatives Data analysis forms a key part of your toolkit, as does experience in managing projects and delivering outcomes You will also offer an understanding of Lean and process control principles (Six Sigma) with proven application for process optimisation Tertiary qualified in an Engineering discipline, with hands-on industrial process experience A high level of tenacity and determination Why join Tassal?
