In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Process Excellence Specialists dedicated to driving improvements in the financial transaction processes, including banking, payment processing, and treasury functions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and security of financial transactions to support FCTG's operational and strategic goals.
This will include identifying, designing, and implementing process improvement initiatives and global system solutions.
What you'll be doing: Lead and mentor a team of Process Excellence Specialists, setting goals and driving high-impact projectsDevelop a process excellence roadmap aligned with FCTG goals, collaborating with senior finance leaders to prioritize initiatives and ensure measurable outcomesManage resources across multiple projects to deliver cost savings, efficiency improvements, and enhanced complianceContinuously analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and transactional finance to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and value while reducing risksDrive process improvement initiatives, adopt automation technologies, and stay updated on industry trends to refine operations and challenge established practicesLead the implementation, optimisation, and integration of global transactional finance systems, ensuring minimal disruption and consistent operation across regionsOversee system configuration, testing, training, and continuous improvement, while maintaining communication with stakeholders and vendorsEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, Global Treasury Policy, and best practice controls, while identifying and mitigating risks to FCTGWho you are: 5+ Years Experience in Finance Operations, Process Improvement, and Team LeadershipFinance or Business DegreeSix Sigma CertificationProject Management ExperienceBusiness Process Outsourcing ExperienceTravel Industry KnowledgeCulture: You will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry - Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd.
