In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, upgrading, and managing machinery while ensuring high-quality production.
You'll play a crucial role in improving product quality, minimizing downtime, and cutting manufacturing costs.

Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage machinery upgrades, modifications, and replacements.
Oversee projects from start to finish, including cost-benefit analysis, design reviews, risk management, budgeting, and contractor management.
Ensure equipment and processes meet safety and regulatory standards.
Help maintenance teams install and troubleshoot machinery to reduce downtime.
Perform root cause analysis to solve production problems and prevent future issues.
Support manufacturing teams to boost productivity and product quality.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with R&D teams to introduce new products into manufacturing.
Qualifications Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and DraftSight.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of process optimization and lean manufacturing.
Strong commitment to safety standards.
Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion, including budgeting and risk management.
Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
Hands-on problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
Desirable Skills Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic controls.
Knowledge of SCADA systems, PLC, and HMI programming.
Welding technical experience.
Familiarity with mechatronics systems.
