Your Role To design, develop, document, implement, test and support software solutions (applications, systems, processes) and to be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from concept to deployment. You will be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Also, familiar with Agile methodologies and Scrum experience. Your Responsibilities Work with development teams and product managers to understand business requirements and ideate solutions. Write technical documentation. Work with business, technology and data to improve software. Research, analyse and evaluate systems, including their programming and API needs. Design and advise on technical issues and solutions. Identify technology limitations and constraints in our systems and processes, procedures and methods. Participate in all phases of development from requirements definition and design, to development, deployment, and maintenance, performance tuning, and monitoring. Guide the front-end of applications through appealing visual design. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. Test, diagnose and address errors and faults in our systems and their programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards. Create security and data protection settings. Your Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience. Overall 6+ years of experience in software development. Proven experience as system engineer in Agile environments. In-depth knowledge of .Net Framework, C#, Asp.Net, Web APIs, JavaScript, and Jquery. Familiarity with databases (MSSQL), web servers (IIS) and UI/UX design, performance tuning of relational database. Good skills in DevOps with knowledge of implementing CICD pipeline using BitBucket, Bamboo and PowerShell. Fluent in English both written and spoken. Outstanding communication, presentation abilities and teamwork skills. Ability to work autonomously, well organised. Pragmatic and open minded. Passionate about technologies. Strong decision making and judgment skills (ability to make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions). Strong experience with matrix organization and business projects multi-disciplinary teams.
