Job Title: Process EngineerLocation: Huntington-Ashland Metropolitan AreaSalary: $60,000 - $78,000Summary:A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Process Engineer for their Huntington-Ashland Metropolitan Area facility.Responsibilities:The ideal Process Engineer will have the following responsibilities:Boost process capability and production volume while upholding and enhancing quality standards.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and track relevant metrics.Conduct studies to elevate product quality.Prepare reports for quality systems and status meetings.Collect samples and analyze data to develop better processing methods.Design and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process.Collaborate with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to create a cost-effective and efficient production process.Perform root cause analysis on nonconforming products and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence.Qualifications:The ideal Process Engineer will have the following skill set:Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline2+ years in a Manufacturing environment2+ years of hands-on experience with process improvement
