About The Role We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join Iluka's Operations Support team.
The position is based in our Perth head office but can also be located at our Capel Offices in the South West region of WA.
Reporting directly to the Principal Metallurgical Ops Support, the main responsibilities of this role include:
Providing technical support and guidance to operational sites to ensure delivery of production, quality & safety outcomes
Proactively support continuous improvement to deliver clear efficiency and cost benefits
Apply excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence others to optimise site operational performance
Provide guidance, mentoring and assistance to operational and technical personnel
About You To be successful for this role, you will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Process Engineering or Metallurgy
Technical competency in mineral sands processing operations
Demonstrated practical and fundamental skills blending theoretical, practical, hands-on and problem-solving experience
Flexible working arrangements
