About the RoleAs a Process Engineer in the Digital Sales & Personalisation Tribe, you will manage efforts to create the best, fastest, and simplest experiences through automation. Your expertise in digital lean, process re-engineering, process intelligence, and problem-solving will be an integral component of enabling tactical and strategic automation programs to design and deliver great customer experiences through efficient and effective operations.
Within ANZ, we are the Digital Sales Experience & Personalisation Service Delivery Tribe and our focus is to build momentum in Australia Retail and Commercial division of ANZ through increased brand consideration and improved digital sales, as well as delivering on the transformation agenda through data-driven automation, customer insights, capability excellence, and personalisation. Everything we do is built on the premise of improving our customers' Financial Well Being.

Working within our tribe, you will be joining a team who are passionate about attracting & activating customers through Digital Channels, as well as defining and developing sales & engagement strategies across all channels.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary delivery team, ensuring we identify and implement improvement opportunities for our team and customers across digital and personalisation initiatives.

What will your day look like?As a Process Engineer, you will:
Work alongside value stream leaders, business & technical SMEs, data scientists, and operations experts to rapidly discover opportunities across processes and design solutions to optimise experiences end-to-end.Utilise latest technologies to measure and analyse process performance and mine opportunities to solve the right problems and deliver tangible benefits.Partner with experts to build process capability to solve complex problems with data and a structured approach.Bring your creativity and innovative thinking to challenge, design, and deliver processes that create value for customers.Mentor, coach, and share digital lean best practices with the process community of practice to instil lean thinking.Support and implement standard methods, approaches, and governance to enable operational excellence.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
An experienced Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a history of delivery and ROI.Strong technical lean expertise, based on a fundamental understanding of the underlying principles and how to apply them practically and pragmatically.Track record of hands-on process re-engineering, mining, mapping, and automation.Proven ability to utilise and navigate process intelligence capabilities to accelerate time to insight and convert into tangible opportunities for process improvement.Relentlessly focused on delivering tangible benefits and Return on Investment.Have great business acumen to solve ambiguous and complex problems.Strong facilitation skills, resilience, and the ability to present clearly.Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge and/or experience with Service Design, Human Centred Design, and/or Agile would be highly regarded.Passion for developing people and coaching to build their understanding of lean principles and skills.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
