Client Overview: Our client, a pioneer in the tech industry known for fostering innovation, is seeking a skilled Process Consultant to contribute to their transformation consulting and delivery which will include architecture, design and implementation. This 12-month contract offers a unique chance to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to cutting-edge projects that impact the global landscape. Key Responsibilities: Minimum 3 years' experience in service management transformation consulting and delivery. Experience in service management process design and implementation. Experience or knowledge of service management tool strategy, architecture, design and implementation. Experience or knowledge of service management operating model design and implementation. Experience or knowledge of software asset management. Service integration and management (SIAM) operating model, process design and tool implementation. Qualifications and Experience required: Must be a citizen with Baseline or NV1 clearance. Minimum 3 years' experience in service management transformation or a relevant field.
