This is a Permanent full-time FIFO position EX Perth to our Mt Holland site on an 8:6 roster. Key Responsibilities Undertake all work in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with statutory requirements and Covalent policies & procedures.Comply with all health and safety, environmental, and regulatory policies relating to the project and ensure a safe working environment.Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training, inductions, and VOC assessments and site-based onboarding for Process Operations team members.Identify training needs of the Process Operations team, research appropriate solutions, and design training programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and Covalent Lithium procedures.Conduct relevant training & assessment as required to meet business and regulatory requirements.Maintain records in accordance with statutory and company requirements.Be prepared to approach employees in a proactive, positive, and professional manner when dealing with non-compliance.Encourage an environment where coaching and mentoring are actively sought out, and where skills are shared and developed.Provide technical advice and support to management, supervisors, and employees in relation to competency frameworks within the Process Operations department.Conduct training audits to ensure compliance in line with legislation and Covalent Lithium procedures.Where required, assist with incident investigations to ensure relevant information is passed on.Role Requirements A competitive remuneration package commensurate with the role, candidate experience, skills, and qualifications will be offered.
