The role:
We are seeking a Process Automation Analyst to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve educational processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Crafting automation scripts using the UI Path Tool.
Recording workflows and guidelines for each script produced.
Creating processes that enable the execution of multiple automation scripts.
Conducting testing and implementation of these scripts and their processes.
Effectively executing automation scripts.
Performing Quality Assurance and Certification for scripts deployed in School Portals.
Working collaboratively with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Key experience:
A background in software development or automating repetitive tasks.
The ability to quickly learn and implement new tools, particularly UI Path.
At least one year of experience in Development and/or Testing.
Strong communication abilities to identify issues and suggest solutions.
