We're looking for a Process Assistant to join our dynamic Fulfillment Centre. Our Fulfillment Centres are at the heart of Amazon's rapidly growing Operations network: they're where we manage our fast-moving inventory.

Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today. The Process Assistant will report to the Area Manager and will hold responsibilities specific to the different Fulfillment Centre areas.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesStrong organization skills, and understands and delivers clear communicationHelping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, attending flow meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with all departmentsProviding cover for Area Managers if on leave, support and work in Process Path as requiredProviding policy follow-up, attendance tracking, and reporting of labor hoursAssisting the floor as an associate resource, training associatesEnsuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting, and feedback performanceParticipating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacityFilling in as needed with production dutiesFully understanding workflow and daily production goalsAssisting in keeping work area clean and organizedIdentifying and addressing safety hazards within the work areaParticipating in safety initiatives, and coaching associates to work safely at all timesReferring all job injuries immediately to area managerBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
