As a member of the broader HRIS & Process Improvement team, the Process and Data Analyst provides support for the organisation People & Culture continuous improvement initiatives. A natural problem solver, the Process and Data Analyst is responsible for analysing problems and data sets, suggesting solutions, and executing the implementation of prioritised initiatives in consultation with project team leads. This role is a true project generalist role supporting business transformation and change through end-to-end process thinking.Key AccountabilitiesAnalyse and document current processes and existing pain points to inform improvement opportunitiesSupport all aspects of the project management lifecycle, including project briefs, developing and maintaining a project plans and schedules, change impact assessments, risk management plans and any other relevant project documentationDevelop process documentation including process maps, guidelines and proceduresConduct data analysis, identify, and investigate data issues, and cleanse and prepare data to support ongoing business process improvement and sound decision-makingInterpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reportsCommunicate data gaps and business stakeholders and project members and close data gaps where requiredPerform data extracts as required by various stakeholdersParticipate in User Acceptance Testing where requiredLiaise with staff at all levels, both internally and externally, with the view to developing strong relationships that support the achievement of project objectives within established timelines.Assist with the development of policies and processes for the monitoring, reporting, auditing, quality control, dispute resolution and delivery of project outcomes.Establish and maintain clear lines of communication and reporting processes with project stakeholders, the organisations members and senior management.Provide authoritative advice to the Manager, senior management and key stakeholders.Assist with the preparation of high-quality project performance and status reports and briefing materials for inclusion in reports.Key Selection CriteriaAbility to solve problems and identify areas of improvement with a proactive and agile approachDemonstrated experience in supporting and coordinating multiple and/or complex projects and anunderstanding of project management methodologiesDemonstrated experience working as a process or data analyst (or similar role)Sound knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in, design and production of reports anddashboards to drive business decision makingStrong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skillsTechnical aptitude or knowledge in data analytics systems (e.g. PowerBI, Excel, SQL reporting)Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skillsHOW TO APPLY:Please submit your resume (in MS Word Format) for consideration via the link below.
