Position Overview
The Process and Data Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring good governance and administration across Process Catalogues and Data Catalogues, and also in supporting the effort to move spreadsheets and other data capture artefacts to 'on-system'. The role will work to ensure process and data catalogues are documented, maintained, and readily accessible, working with executives to have a regular schedule and approach to refreshing and maintaining the catalogues. The Process and Data Administrator will also undertake the administration for the Data Governance Sub-Committee tasked with overseeing the shift of 'off-system' artefacts (e.g. excel spreadsheets) onto systems.
Key Responsibilities
Catalogue Maintenance
Document, maintain and ensure accessibility of catalogues
Ensure catalogues are readily accessible
Ensure process integrity and governance compliance
Maintain data governance standards and practices
Meeting and Committee Coordination
Undertake committee coordination, including but not limited to, appointment scheduling, agenda preparation and distribution, and minute taking
Develop and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures
Work closely with key team members to develop and maintain SOPs for areas related to process management
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with stakeholders and communicate across MMS to understand the requirements for maintaining key artefacts that they are responsible for as per organisational RACIs.
Administrative support
Support the migration of spreadsheets and other data capture artefacts onto approved systems
Oversee the shift of 'off-system' artefacts to approved systems
Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of data transition activities.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless data transition
Provide administrative support as required, including for related projects, ensuring documentation and tracking are up-to-date.
Position Criteria
Capabilities & Behaviours: Self-motivated, high energy, urgency, collaborative.
Attention to Detail: Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously. Sound communication skills – both written and verbal.
Knowledge & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Proficient in process and data mapping is essential.
Qualifications (Desirable, not mandatory):
Process or Project Management Qualification
Knowledge and experience of data analytics
