Proactive Physiotherapy and Sports Workshop is a locally owned multidisciplinary private practice based in Tamworth NSW. We are looking for our next dedicated and enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to join our team. As a private practice, you will have access to our equipped gym facility working with a variety of clientele in both 1:1 and group settings.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health, physical function, health status and appropriate advice around lifestyle modification. Provide education, design and implement evidence-based individualised exercise programs. Monitor client progress and adjust exercise programs as necessary. Deliver integrated care working collaboratively with doctors, physiotherapists and other allied health professionals. Willingness to further build knowledge and clinical skills. Maintain accurate documentation and note taking. About you: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of human physiology, biomechanics, and exercise prescription. Experience working with a variety of populations, including individuals with chronic conditions, athletes, and those recovering from injuries. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent. Accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) or relevant body. Current Professional Indemnity Insurance. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
