Office Manager (Full-time or Part-time)

Are you a driven and autonomous professional with a passion for administrative leadership? We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team, offering flexible work arrangements with either full-time or part-time option. Based in Launceston, this role also includes hybrid work opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong, clear administrative leadership across the organisation. Oversee daily operations to ensure strategic goals and objectives are met. Identify and develop initiatives to improve the financial position of the organisation and present recommendations to the management committee. Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state laws, and statutory obligations. Act as the Company Secretary, approve payments, and develop and manage budgets with the management committee. Review and update policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and effectively implemented. Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, managing the office's operational efficiency. Liaise regularly with the President, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. About You:
You are self-motivated and capable of working independently, as much of the role will require you to work autonomously. You have strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations. You bring a proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and finding solutions to achieve strategic goals. You are comfortable making decisions, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
