We design, integrate, support and maintain high quality Audio Visual and Unified Communication systems and solutions into corporate, government, education and defence sectors.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to manage warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate has five years' experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Physically fit with manual handling knowledge and lifting qualifications, they excel in stock management, project allocation, and dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Verify stock received matches supplier paperwork and purchase orders.
Book incoming deliveries into the system promptly and accurately.
Allocate goods to projects and ensure correct packing and daily dispatch.
Monitor and manage consumables stock levels.
Prepare stock bundles for installers for daily installation work.
Conduct regular stock taking and inventory control.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
Ensure proper storage of all equipment for efficiency and safety.
Key Experience & Capabilities: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar logistics or warehouse role.
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience using accounting/ERP software.
Physically fit with knowledge of proper manual handling procedures.
Qualifications to operate lifting equipment (e.g., forklift or rack stacker).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Positive, hands-on approach with a commitment to achieving results.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
