The Role: The Private Wealth Concierge crafts bespoke, high-touch experiences for VIP and high net worth individuals visiting our client. This role ensures an environment of exclusivity, discretion, and unparalleled service, fostering strong relationships between Westpac and its most valued clients.
A snapshot of the role: Provide a personalized welcome to VIP clients, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.Curate exceptional meeting environments, paying meticulous attention to detail in presentation and ambiance.Coordinate premium catering services, accommodating specific dietary requirements and preferences.Manage all aspects of the VIP client journey, from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless experience.Offer concierge-level assistance, including arranging transportation, reservations, or other personal requests.Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and security for all client interactions and information.Collaborate with various client departments to deliver integrated, white-glove service.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the VIP client experience and implement improvements.Handle any issues or concerns with the utmost diplomacy and efficiency.Conduct regular floor walks, employing a proactive mindset to note opportunities to elevate the experience and address issues before they become problems.Follow up with staff or guests when resolving issues to ensure expectations have been met and seek further opportunities to over-deliver.What you will bring: Experience in luxury hospitality, private banking, or high-end customer service, preferably in a corporate environment with a demonstrated ability to interact confidently with high net worth individuals and C-suite executives.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and a focus on creating positive client interactions is essential.
You can anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions in a fast-paced environment using discretion when handling confidential information.
You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; a secondary language would be desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with meeting room management systems is also required.
