Independent private practice physiotherapist in beautiful coastal Agnes Water, Queensland A beautiful location with access to world-class outdoor activities and lifestyle opportunities Competitive remuneration package with potential for earning bonuses Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Independence and autonomy to manage your own caseload and practice Practice Information: This practice is seeking a talented and motivated physiotherapist to join our independent private practice in the stunning coastal town of Agnes Water. As the 2nd physiotherapist in the practice, you will have the opportunity to be your own boss, work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact in their lives. The clinic is currently operated by a sole physiotherapist with 18 years' experience and an experienced administrator, which means no having to make appointments or take payments. They also have another experienced Physiotherapist frequent the clinic on a locum role approximately 5 times a year for about a month at a time. The clinic is in a small, clean and quiet 2 room practice, away from the hustle and bustle, which houses a small but functional gym/rehab area including weights, cable machine and a clinical pilates reformer. The clinic offers many services including shockwave therapy, bodyflow therapy, gaitscan analysis, lumbar and cervical traction and offers modalities such as hands on release work, cupping, dry needling, IASTM and more. Caseload is predominantly musculoskeletal however sometimes we receive a variation of referrals. Within the same building operates support workers, as well as a social worker and speech therapist. Position Description: As an independent private practice physiotherapist, you will be responsible for your caseload of patients, treating a wide range of predominantly musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the autonomy to develop individualised treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, exercise prescription and patient education. You will also have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with the other physiotherapist in the practice as well as other healthcare professionals in the area. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing physiotherapist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities A passion for helping people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life Job Type: Permanent - Full Time After Hours Requirements: No Salary Information: $120,000-$150,000 per annum. Negotiable % of billings or $50-60 per hour depending on experience.
