Private Medical Insurance (PMI) Adviser Superb opportunity for experienced PMI professionals to join a new division within our 26-year established broker business.

Earlier this year, we very successfully moved into the PMI market, and we are looking for experienced PMI advisers to join our teams in either Leeds, Milton Keynes, or London.
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 6 months PMI Adviser experience.
This is a fully employed, paid position (PAYE) with a competitive base salary and uncapped earning potential. Based on the targets we agree with you, tailored to your experience and abilities, you could earn between £42,000 and £93,000, with some of our advisors achieving six-figure earnings.

If that goes well, you will be invited to our recruitment event. We will give prompt feedback following your interview. The role You will speak with new warm Internet enquiries for PMI each day regarding the best products and services for their families. You will identify needs and provide tailored PMI solutions, ensuring clients have the right coverage to protect their health and well-being. Work with a broader team who will support you in progressing the enquiry right through to securing the right cover for your client. To achieve pre-agreed levels of new business. Flexible working with a 40-hour working week. Typically, 9am-6pm Mon-Fri and one Saturday per month 9am-12pm. What we need from you? Experience of working in the PMI industry is essential. Exceptional telephone manner. The confidence to have detailed and personal conversations. Superb listening skills. Great attention to detail. Good IT skills to accurately log all call information on our systems. The ability to understand and work within a complex regulated industry. The ability to work to, achieve, and exceed set targets.
