Private
Lesson Sales & Scheduling staff are primarily responsible for
scheduling ski and snowboard private lesson bookings both in
advance and on a daily basis, appropriately matching instructor
skill sets to guest requests.
Working together in a small team, the
successful applicants will also field guest enquiries about private
lessons and creating bookings on their behalf where
required.

About
You
Experience in
administration / customer service roles
Intermediate to
advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365
suite
Time
management with the ability to multitask
Effective
communication and teamwork abilities
A
basic understanding of skiing and snowboarding lesson
progressions
Some
understanding of the Snowsports environment and/or Flaik &
RTP software is desirable but not essential.
Experience working as
a Snowsports Instructor would be highly
advantageous
Hold
or eligible to obtain a NSW Working with Children check
(WWCC)
