This Corporate Commercial position is part of the Private Enterprise team, where you'll have the opportunity to make significant impacts on private and family-owned businesses, truly assisting them in reaching their goals.Your responsibilities will include:Facilitating private business salesManaging mergers and acquisitionsReviewing and negotiating commercial contractsAssisting with capital raising effortsDrafting and reviewing shareholders' agreementsDeveloping succession plansHandling dissolutions and restructures of companies, trusts, and other entitiesAssessing in franchising operationsProviding corporate advisory and governance adviceYou'll collaborate closely with partners, serving as trusted advisors to business owners who have a personal investment in the outcomes of your decisions.
Your role will involve finding tailored solutions to help these clients achieve success and meet their business goals.
We are seeking an Associate with a minimum of 3 years' PAE in corporate and commercial matters.
