Our clients act for clients in a broad range of industry sectors and clients range from ASX-listed companies to SMEs to high net worth individuals. The firm's practice areas include: corporate, commercial, tax, estate planning, litigation, workplace relations, insolvency. The Role The firm is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic with at lest 2 years pae in the area of estate planning/private clients work: A flavour of the work will include: general commercial and tax advice drafting commercial agreements and deeds drafting testamentary trusts setting up charitable trusts and discretionary family trusts setting up charities and associated documentation advising on succession planning advising clients on trust and superannuation issues advising on wealth protection advising executors and trustees on their duties and obligations real estate matters including put and call options You will be assisting partners and senior lawyers with matters but also taking responsibility and will be client facing. About You To be successful in this role you will have: around 2 years pae or so in a private clients or commercial/tax team pre-admission experience will be highly regarded strong writing and communication skills drive, enthusiasm and enjoy problem solving excellent attention to detail Our client pays generously and they have a bonus scheme.
