The role: - Manager or Associate Director
You will work hand-in-hand with the Partners on the running of the business, clients and staff. If you want to get involved in this too, they will be happy to groom you for Partnership.You will be given a client portfolio to manage as well as a team of people with excellent training. Jackpot for any new manager! Help the accountants continue with high productivity and quality work while providing them with ongoing support. Manage your own portfolio of clients to the level you would want them to be serviced if it was your own firm, delegating work appropriately to the team. Take more and more responsibilities from the Partners to free them up to concentrate on more new business generation while developing your own skills and keeping it interesting for you.
Skills And Experience They Are Hoping You Have
You have managed a large client portfolio.You are technically strong with complex client exposure. You will get that here so it will help you hit the ground running.Engaging personality with articulate communication skills. Someone who can lead people and represent the firm well to clients. Several years experience managing staff.Qualified Accountant.At least 5 years experience will probably be necessary to be at this level.
