Responsibilities:
An experienced Locum Solicitor is sought after to provide support to the Private Client Department handling a varied caseload of Wills and LPAs.
The appointed candidate will be self-sufficient, handling their own caseload effectively with minimal supervision.
The assignment will run from September through to October, requiring commitment of 3 days per week, with at least 2 of those days on-site in this firm's office in Devon.
Supervision will be available from a Head of Department if needed, along with some secretarial support.
High level of client care and high-quality service to clients at all times is essential.
The ability to hit the ground running is required in order to ensure the continuity of caseload progression during the assignment.
