Key Accountabilities : Define project scope, roles and responsibilities.Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation – both internal and third party.Prepare detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities.Manage project delivery by monitoring the progress of projects and address issues that may arise and ensure project deliverables are completed on time.Track projects and provide regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.Organise regular status and review meetings as necessary, including generating and distributing meeting minutes.Prepare project budgets based on requirements, track costs and prepare accurate financial forecasts.Design a risk management plan to minimize foreseeable disruptions to the project.Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies including purchasing and contract management.Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including managing contracts.Participate in designing, submitting, and reviewing formal and informal tenders.Manage the relationship and communication with Project Sponsor and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.Adopt and promote the use of 'good practice' standardised processes as applicable to particular projectsExperience : Qualifications in fields with focus on technical or analytical fields highly regarded.Project Management qualifications highly regardedProject Management experience in compliance focussed projectsExperience with International privacy legislationOur Commitment to Inclusion: Inclusion is at the core of what we do.
