Priority Business Lawyers

The Director of Priority Business Lawyers, David Prior, graduated from the University of Sydney with degrees in Arts and Law in 1976 and 1978 respectively.
In 1979, David moved to the Central Coast region of New South Wales and was employed as a solicitor with a firm at Long Jetty for a period of some six years where he gained valuable experience undertaking a variety of legal work.
In 1985, David decided to form his own practice and did so as "David Prior Solicitor" trading from premises at East Toukley undertaking legal work in areas such as conveyancing, family law, civil litigation, personal injury and Wills and Estates.
From 1998 until March 2010, David traded in partnership with Warwick Ryan firstly at Toukley and later at Erina changing the focus of the practice to that of a business law firm servicing the needs of small to medium size enterprises on the Central Coast.
In March 2010, David formed Priority Business Lawyers Pty Ltd and the previous relationship ceased. Priority Business Lawyers has been and continues to be a leading energetic business law firm that focuses on supplying good quality legal services to a range of business clients across the Central Coast region and into Sydney and Newcastle.
