The Role Provide our customers with on-site Hardware break-fix support for printer productsPerform routine maintenance and repairs on Customer equipment (hardware only) working primarily on siteConfigure system hardware, software and network components when requiredAssist the customer with ongoing product training on device features and best practices during routine preventative maintenance or break/fix engagements.Gather data from known resources and solve moderately complex problems.Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software related issuesSolve well-defined and moderately complex problems using established policies and technical principles.Identify Customer needs and evaluate opportunities to retain and increase service levels.Skills/Experience Experience in a print environmentLaser printer, Ink printers Design Jet Plotters2-3 year's experience in customer service/support roleAbility to translate technical jargon into plain languageGood general knowledge of IT hardware technical standards and technical trouble shooting processes.Proven hardware troubleshooting experienceExcellent customer service and communication skillsHardware repair experienceHigh level of windows troubleshooting experienceAbility to learn new products - ongoing training providedMust have car and valid Driver's licence.If interested , APPLY NOW with your updated resume !
