We are in search of a passionate individual who is looking for growth in a leadership role to join our team as a Print Team Leader at Cairns Airport! Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.
What we are looking for: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment Excellent communication skills and personal presentation Love for books and reading Be physically fit to lift stock and be on your feet for an extended period of time Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency As we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster incorporating early mornings, late nights, and weekends is essential.
