THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Print Room Specialist based at our client site in Perth's CBD on a 12-month fixed term contract. Your key focus will be to provide an effective service delivery onsite, with a balance of efficiency and cost consciousness, as well as exceeding customer expectations in value added production.
Please note – this is a 100% onsite role, based in Perth's CBD, covering a standard 8-hour shift between 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities Providing an efficient print service delivery as part of a teamDelivering a great service and building strong relationships with clientsAdvising customers of the most efficient solutions to meet their design, print and distribution requirementsPrioritising and monitoring customer requests according to complexity and urgencyCompleting daily record keeping functions and reporting, including monthly transaction dataSkills & Qualifications Previous Print Room experience, ideally in a corporate/professional services environmentKnowledge of digital print operations, finishing and binding operationsIntermediate computer literacy, including MS OfficeAbility to manage a self-sufficient digital print operation with minimal supervisionAny experience in Mail and Courier administration and Records Management Systems and Processes would be highly regarded.Finally, you work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with excellent customer service and administrative skills and the ability to work autonomously.
