Role Purpose
The Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for the production of Capricorn's trade directories "Purple Pages", which is a pivotal component of the Capricorn Member and Preferred Supplier offering. The key responsibilities of this role include managing production schedules, proofing and managing artwork changes to ensure Preferred Supplier advertised bookings are adhered to and managing the Print Proof process.
Responsibilities include
Managing the Purple Pages production schedules for six directories per annum
Liaising with our Preferred Suppliers regarding advertising artwork
Working with our Supply Team to ensure accuracy of all content
Work with Capricorn's Design Team for the production of each Purple Pages
Proofing and briefing any edits required
Manage the print proof process
Ensuring accuracy of final product in accordance with Booking Forms
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent communication skills including the ability to establish and manage positive relationships with new and existing Preferred Suppliers and field staff and Stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and an ability to work independently and effectively while handling multiple tasks
Good IT skills and familiarity with a range of software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop. Proficiency in InDesign not essential but useful for the role.
Experience
A minimum of two years professional experience in a similar role
Qualifications
Completion of secondary studies including year 12 together with a relevant qualification i.e. TAFE Cert IV in business, Marketing or Advertising
