We are in search for a passionate individual who is looking for growth in a leadership role to join our team as a Print Team Leader at Cairns Airport!
Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.
What we are looking for: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment Lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency Ability to translate your passion for books and magazines into sales!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with basic inventory procedures (like receiving stock, checking stock levels in system, or picking stock orders) is essential.
Experience with books, magazines and newspapers is highly desirable As we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster incorporating early mornings, late nights, and weekends is essential.
