What you will be doing Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Design and Production, this role will be responsible for:
Supporting innovation and improvement in the production and design of printed materials by analysing challenges, researching solutions, and optimising processes.Leading projects related to ballot materials and printed products.Managing supplier communication and assessing performance against contracts.Facilitating collaboration with internal teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring quality assurance of major production runs.What you will bring to the role Strong knowledge of print production and design processes, advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience with print and bindery equipment.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and adapt communication styles to different audiences.Strong planning and organisational abilities to manage priorities and deliver projects under tight deadlines.Commitment to the VEC's core values.How to apply All applicants must submit:
